Ways You Would Improve New Leaf?

Before you read: I am in no way complaining or bashing on New Leaf.

I have been spending the last 3 days trying to reset my town, and get the perfect layout. While doing this, I've been thinking of ways that would improve New Leaf.

Here's a few of my ideas:
-Be able to have more control over layout, like being given more options, or possibly being able to choose where everything goes
-The mayor gets to decide where a villager's plot is placed
-I also think that Nintendo could make an improvement that would help with pathing. (Making it so it doesn't take hours)

- Villagers can invite friends/family from other towns (new characters, non-recruitable)
- Work on the god-awful shop times. I know the game's supposed to be realistic but I don't want to come home from school/work to find that Katrina is closed because 8PM is very realistic for a character that only shows up occasionally

I really like the makeup one! I think it would be really cool if you could work for the Able Sisters.

You can talk to Isabelle, and each day, as long as you have less than 10 villagers, she gives you a list of 5 villagers that might want to move in. You can choose to let one move in, and the list changes each day.

My improvements to New Leaf would be the same I would have hoped for in Wild World and City Folk.

There just doesn't seem to be enough to do other than tedious grinding! Overall the game is great, but when I break it down it feels very MMOish. Just grinding out repetitive tasks to get the things I want, be it fishing, digging up fossils, checking the store every day, watching the villagers repeat the same dialogues over and over.

I'd like the game to add more elements of game play. I'm not a game designer myself, so I have no solid ideas. The publics works project was pretty awesome, but it didn't really feel like enough, for the amount of evolution AC SHOULD have gone through, I guess. Really feels like all the new features in New Leaf should have been added in Wild World and City Folk rather than just sitting stale a couple games and ramping it up a little bit.

Oh my, there's quite a lot of room for improvement, for starters:
1) get rid of random tripping
2) allow all catalogued items to be reorderable
3) auto-stack fruits and coins
4) let you carry more than 10 designs at a time
5) allow you to filter out species of villagers you don't like
6) allow you to remove a villager
7) no more secret moveouts
8) and most importantly back-ups for your save file

-more storage space
-more villager dialogue
-vacations,maybe pay 100,000 and choose a place to visit for a day
-public work projects should be able to get closer to each other,why do we have to space them so far apart!?!
-definitley agree with Pop on layout.I really don't enjoy resetting for days and days,and maybe even weeks to find a town I might keep over a month,I'm too picky for that,by the time I find a town I will never reset my hair will be white
-more places to travel.I sometimes feel cut off from the actually Ac world,I'm living in a small town with like 10 residents,a poodle,and a few shopkeepers.We should be able to travel to a large city,about the size of Lumoise,or Celeste,we should be able to go to multiple places and they can add a system where you have a %5 chance of recruiting a villager from the city.
-penpals,lol I just randomly thought about this when I was typing the large city ideas,you can maybe receive random letters from villagers in other places,and you can build up your friendship by sending them letters and having them as a pen pal,and if you get to a high enough friendship lvl they might move in
-more holidays.I wish there could be more holidays,and you can participate in all holidays.I really feel like I'm missing out on the Non-American holidays.
-a larger town.We should have a larger town,and maybe if we get like q million bells we can buy extra plots for our towns,or maybe purchase private islands.

• Customizable hats/hoods/helmets. I understand we're able to make hats, but I mean preset options such as base caps, newsboy caps, top hats, etc.
• Customizable pants/shorts/skirts. We get it, Nintendo, people might draw butts and stuff, but I've seen people do entirely worse via wifi.
• Unlimited PWPs. I was going to have a lot of light posts around town, but what's the point when you're limited to 30?
• Better visual of PWP placements. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to place a bridge only to find it in a terrible spot, rip it out, lather, rinse, repeat.
• Obviously being able to put your villagers house where you want it.
• Alien villagers. Let's be honest. After 3:33 AM, we're aware aliens exist in the world of Animal Crossing.

• Let The Christmassy trees be able to be planted south

• Make the dream suit suggest like weeks most popular dream town and most visted

• More things to do at club tortimer

• Make a system where if your abused/blackmailed/etc at tortimer after so many reports since it is wifi it can be directed to nintendo from there and so many compliants makes it to where THAT MAYOR CANNOT USE CLUB TORTIMER or that FC cannot use it something to make it better and safer.

• Again more content in the game like outfits and furniture i looked so forward to the new clothes yet they made so little was a huge disappointment.

• Make a contest where twenty people maybe CAN CUSTOM DESIGN A VILLAGER AND MAKE IT INTO THE GAME PERSONALITY NAME SPECIES EVERYTHING BECAUSE THOSE BAT DESIGNS ARE AMAZING AND THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.

• FIX THE GAME CORRUPTION. FIX IT.

• More things you can hold like glow wands,Party Poppers,Balloons.

• More furniture customization like the patterns from your qrs STAY LOCKED. And dont change if you change them.

• More storage space

• A special storage FOR TURNIPS

- more PWPs, especially more interactable ones, or ones that you can put on the beach!
- special slots for your tools.... seriously they take up so much room
- being able to lay plots for villagers to live in yourself would be nice, but I feel like that's a bit too much control so on the edge with that
- more places like Brewster's! A bakery or something like that would be nice
- more types of villagers would be nice! also it would be nice if they talked to each other more like they did in past AC games
- larger town, it'd be nice to have around 12 villagers.
- give Celeste her old job back lol
- more hairstyle options!!
- more villager species!! even within a species, it'd be nice to see more variety, I'd love a shiba inu villager or something of the like!
- bring back morning aerobics lol that was cute...
