was new horizons your first animal crossing game?

yep, i honestly thought animal crossing looked weird ;u; i was a child who was more into website games! but i’m loving nh and honestly wish i would’ve played animal crossing earlier. but oh well!

My first AC game was the Gamecube version. I've played every AC except City Folk and HHD. Favorites being WW, NL, then NH.. probably in that order as well.

No, I first encountered the series when visiting a friend back in 2002 with the GameCube game. I was really interested by what I saw, and got my own copy soon after that so we could play together. I've been a fan since then.

My first version was the GameCube one! I've been happy with every version since and am happy to have seen the game progress so well over the years 🥰

The original was my first game. Haven't played any of the spin-offs and Wild-World. But for the 4 I have played, it's tough to rank them:

I'll go
1. NH
2. NL
3. GC
-----------
----------
4. CF

My first intro to Animal Crossing was the Gamecube one (kids I babysat used to play) but I didn't start playing myself until New Leaf.

Kind of, at least it's my first "full" AC game. I've had Happy Home Designer which kept me entertained for about two hours, but I don't think that really counts.

No, my first was the gamecube version!
The only game I haven't played is amiibo festival.

No. My first Animal Crossing installment was Wild World back in 2005. Then I played City Folk, and I thought it offered way less than Wild World, so I stopped playing after about half a year or so, so I was reluctant to grab New Leaf, but eventually I did.

I don't remember if I played wild world or lets go to the city first, but either way I played both of those plus NL and NH :D

Yes, NH is my first Animal Crossing game. I knew about the franchise tho, I just never gave it much thought. Until now.

Back in 2008 (I was 7 at the time) my dad gifted me city folk for the wii on Christmas. At the time I had no idea about the series. I enjoyed playing enough that I bought WW for my DS and played that. Since then have been a big fan of the series & preordered both NL & NH. New Leaf I played for 2 rounds, one at release & one last year. Probably have spent too much free time on both NL & NH to be honest :giggle:

Mine was the Game Cube game, but funny enough I wasn't interested in it at first. It wasn't until I got Wild World that I really got into Animal Crossing, then I went back and played the Game Cube version.
