also, when i cough a bit of phlem sometimes comes up but yesterday a bit of puke came up oops

i have this gross ass medicine that has 'thyme and marshmallow root extract'. don't be fooled by the marshmallow it's like swallowing the herb cupboard it tastes like stew and it's gross ew
