I TT and I knew I would lose villagers, but when do new villagers come back? Also how long did it take for you too get the police station, cause Ive had the game for almost a month and nobody has requested it

To get villagers in, TT forward a day, roll a new character, and look for plots. If there are no plots, save that character, delete it, then move forward another day and repeat. Once you finally get a plot, if you don't like it, you just close the game, re-open, and re-roll. If you don't get a plot, move forward another day; after a certain point (7-10 trips through days), you'll almost ALWAYS get a new plot. At that point, you can keep rerolling until you get whatever villager you desire. :3

Err, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. Of course, if you have less than 9 villagers, yes, you'll definitely get a plot eventually, without TTing, just how the game would work normally.

If you're asking how TTing works specifically, then this is my understanding of it; The way the game works is, it calculates each time you log onto a day different than the last day you logged on as an "in". That is to say, if it's August 7th, and you TT to August 8th, it's 1 "in". If you go back from August 8th to August 7th, that's another "in". After so many "ins", certain events increase the likelihood of happening (for example, after 7-10 "ins", you will almost always get a new villager plot if you have less than 9 villagers, and campers should also appear more frequently, though the rate isn't really figured out yet, and may well be random).
