Cobb. His appearance by itself isn't all that scary, but when you combine it with his house (mad scientist + human anatomy), he's creepy.

If I didn't know the previous mayor was Tortimer, I'd be afraid that Cobb had murdered the previous mayor in order to dissect/reanimate them and that's the reason the position is open :S

Definitely! I think Pietro is really cute, if no one minds my opinion!^^ Barold and Hazel are really the only ones I have in mind that creep me out. Hazel is okay, it's just her catchphrase that creeps me out..."uni-wow!"
Since I said I dislike Barold, some of you might think I dislike Katt since her eyes are close together like his, but Katt's better. She's not my absolute favorite, but she's definitely cuter than Barold and I wouldn't mind having her in my town.
And I don't think Coco is creepy...I just look past her strange face! I guess I've always liked her, probably because of her personality. I probably wouldn't like her as much if she was a snooty villager, for sure.
Yeah...those are just my opinions, but I'm sure lots of you feel different.
