Villagers that don't match their personality

Bill as a jock bugs me. He's this tiny little mini duck, how is he going to brag about his muscles or tell me to get my knees up?

Al is really mixed up.His house is filled with athletic equipment and he wears the red warm-up suit so it would be natural to assume that he's a jock.......but,no.....he's a lazy.

And Cobb has a cool mad scientist theme to his house and he looks like a freaky Martian geek pig but why is he a jock?He should be cranky or smug.

Jambette is very much a Normal. I've had her since Day #01 in my first town, Applewin. She's a very mature frog, who inhabits the Normal characteristics of being polite, considerate, loyal, and encouraging.

I do think there are some villagers who come across like they could have doubled. Meaning, in addition to their assigned personality category, there is at least one more category that could have suited them. As an example of this, I think a good amount of the Jocks could have been Lazies. I think some of the Uchis could have been Normals. (Though I admit that last one is a stretch. But, I'm thinking of Muffy.)

This is a very creative game. Pulling off a believable array of 333 villagers is difficult. I had a thread, posted months ago, that had some really good responses. It asked people which villagers really look like the fit their category.

By the way: To answer your question, citing at least one specific example, I will suggest Cookie. (She looks more to me like she could have been a Normal. But, the game probably thought it had enough female dogs who are Normals.)
I agree with you, but all the qualities you're listing are traits that sisterly villagers have! I always see Normal villagers as quiet, gentle and friendly, but Jambette has a confidence to her that I think would fit better into the Sisterly category.

I'll never get over Billy being a jock villager. Like, wdym he's not a cranky or a lazy?? Though, he looks too kind and gentle to be a cranky imo
