Some people have already said it, but Pietro. Imo, no current personality really matches him. I guess lazy would be best for him but it's still pretty far off.

for some reason, i'm feeling that margie should be peppy?? she definitely doesn't remind me of a normal villager though! also, i agree with kaylagirl about tangy being a male, since i read something saying that she was definitely a boy in the game! which got me all mixed up, but it's not a huge problem since she's still super adorable either way!

I never knew she was a uchi because she doesn't look like one and chief looks like a smug, not a cranky :3

Lily and Leonardo for sure don't fit their personalities. Lily's normal but seems more like a peppy. And Leonardo seems more like a lazy than a jock.
