Villagers showing up in your house unannounced

It means your friendship is really strong. I remember in my old town, once I got the pictures from my villagers they would send me mail everyday, and come to my house every other day. I haven't managed to achieve that in my most recent town as I don't play all that often, but i'd like to.

Funnily enough, Coach is the only villager who does this to me! His house is right next to mine, so it's cool to run past him and then have him visit right after. I quite enjoy it, since I always forget when I schedule villagers to come to my house so a spontaneous visit works for me much better.

Yeah, it's a sign you have pretty good friendship with them. I don't mind when they come to visit me, but if I'm in my house just to grab something real quick and get out, it can be kinda annoying. It's a real pain to get them out, but I found the trick to get them out fast is basically talk to them twice in each room and then they should be gone.

I wouldn’t want villagers in my house uninvited. So I go in my other rooms and stay inactive when a villager wants to come in. I’ll make them think I’m not in my house, (When I really am) and they leave after a few seconds. It’s rude, I don’t know if it lowers your friendship with villagers, but if you don’t want villagers in your house this works you know.

Literally Cyrano does that to me everyday and I love him to death. Bob and Curlos have done it too, just not as much as Cyrano. It just means you have a super strong friendship and you guys are best friends. Occasionally they'll give you stuff while being in your house too, and whenever I talk to Lyle he says that Cyrano stopped by and said we're good friends. You should see if it says the same about Poppy for you

Tex, Papi, Flurry, look I love you guys but please, I just wanna move my plant one more space over, I don't care if you want to pick up designer picks for the hundredth time. I swear, since they send me letters and furniture so often they're just checking if I'm using it which I don't usually since it clashes with the Rustic theme.

Yes, it's gets really annoying when I'm in the middle of decorating or trying to hurry up and exit the house after looking for something in the secret storage.

Sometimes I would actually leave my character in her house to see who would show up, and they almost never do...

I've never had villagers barge in on me before, im either bad at forming friendships or im bad at forming friendships, and i think it's both

I've had a few visit randomly. I usually try to make friends with all of my villagers, so it was always someone new to show up.
I think it's a cute little feature.
