Okay, so I have Harry and Caroline both living in front of me. I could care less about Harry, and will probably move him out regardless, but Caroline is so cute! It wouldn't be too bad if she wasn't so close to my house and she didn't park herself directly in front of my snowmen.
Now, I love Caroline, but I'm not sure what to do. I forgot she was moving in and so I didn't do the reset trick... So I'm not really sure what to do. Should I move her out, or keep her and just live with it?
I must smell bad or something, because my villagers scatter themselves far and wide. Except Lobo, 'cause he's a good little wolfie. And Diana in my other town - but she lived there before me. I'm the rude person who moved in on her land.
If you like her, then you might as well just keep her until she decides to leave.
Same here. It sucks because Portia (one of my dreamies) decided to place her house right behind mine. I'm having a dilemma, should I let her move out or deal with her house right behind mine? Aghhh I don't know!!
No one can move behind or in front of me because behind my house is the Town Hall and in front of it is the river... there's also a rock right next to my house. I think Patty is the closest one to my house.
I purposely placed my house on a little peninsula (type) of space with a water fall to the left and beach to the front and right. There isn't enough room for a house to go on either side, and immediately behind my house (in my yard) there is a bench with trees, and behind that there is a fountain surrounded by flowers and trees. This leaves my little secluded part of the town untouchable for villagers to move into. I am also not close to any bridges, etc. (by design).
I moved in on Mint's land, then Wart Jr moved close-ish (too close for me!) and Gwen in front of him. Canberra behind Wart Jr and rodney next to canberra. Roscoe is across the river from me. I have a neighbourhood near me. Snake is near the ramp to the beach and Bonbon and Biskit are next to the other one..So there's only about 3 villagers not near me. Sorry about going on x.x
I cannot, for the life of me, find a decent layout. ;-; I hate everything.
It sucks, too, because my current town has Lolly, Tom, and Merry in it, and I like them, but I hate the layout and the other villagers. So I gotta let 'em go. D:
I have to agree. My house is in the furthest top-left corner of the town map, and Re-Tail is is diagnol to my house. Re-Tail is somewhat "protecting" my "front yard." It's like Flora and Ribbot went through Isabella's annoying "You need to be 5 spaces back, 1 space to the right, and 3 to the left" crap until they fit their houses perfectly in the available spaces. My guess is that a Public Work Project, such as a sign or piece of art could be set up to prevent such devastation. I wish the villagers were spread out a bit more evenly though. Poor Kiki is all by herself in the southern part of town! T,T
Biskit planted his house 3 spaces to the left of mine, which isn't really a problem because my front yard design fits perfectly with his house where it is.
