Villager Placement Questions + More

1. How close can a villager house/PWP can be from other PWPs/large rocks/villager houses?

I am thinking 1 or 2 blocks but still unsure...

2. What is best/cheapest large (3x3 or 2x2) PWP?

I favoring the flower bed rn but idk (Total Construction cost: 720k and Total Demolition cost: 648k Also you can walk on top of them!)

3. What is the best way to farm PWPs without a wet suit?

Just got a new town for my main (hence all the questions) and I haven't traded my white suit over from my old town yet.

4. When villagers that have moved out then moved back into town again (after 16 other villagers cycled out), will they talk about being back in the town again? Or will they act like whole new villagers?

This question isnt really that important, mainly just curious

That's all, just wanted to know before I junk my town with PWPs and cycle a ton of villagers out!

1_ one space all around each without overlap, which means the closest they can be is two spaces.
2_ i think the best is the flower bed as well. they're unobstructive and help with hybrid breeding.
3_ i fill my pockets with flowers and just fish on the beach. you just have to be far enough away from the villagers.
