Video ADS on TBT?

Just wondering, are these ads new?

They have been annoying the heck out of me today playing sound by themselves -.-

I don't remember ever seeing these here before, not that im complaining since i know they are needed, but ARGH.

Well today is the first time ive ever had them, but ugh every time i scroll up or down it starts playing..I started refreshing to try to get rid of them but it takes a while, besides that really doesn't help anyway.
