I kind of see why people like all this DCL stuff (I hope that's what its called) b/c its unorderable but doesn't everyone get one when you go to the post office and ask for a free gift? And if its unorderable just use multiple characters, lol.

I don't think it's part of the monthly DLC line-up. It's sent in a letter from Isabelle promoting AC Plaza for the Wii U.
