Unpopular Villagers in your town?

Had to look up a chart, but it looks like I have a lot of tier 3 villagers in my town 
I also have Hugh (my favorite villager) who's a tier 4, but really that's it.

I’m kind of the opposite of you. I only have two popular ones (tier 2...which is muffy and Kiki) and nan whose stuck in tier 3.
The rest are all unpopular.
All are tier 4 and two tier 6. I like my unpopular villagers though

My towns are chock full o' unpopular and obscure villagers.In addition to Elise and Jambette,I also have Wart Jr.,Rodney,Beardo,Canberra,Derwin,Rasher and Truffles....and many more.
I just started a town, and the starters are Vesta, Apollo, Marcel, Queenie, and Rowan, with Graham coming in tomorrow. None of them are really top tier, but Apollo has had some stints of higher popularity iirc. Popularity isn't something I consider when choosing villagers, but I've always been interested by the tiers, which the main reason why I help make one. I guess if I were to rank them by their popularity status, it would be...

I have a bunch of unpopular villagers (Snork/Crackle, Astrid, Kidd, Chester and Cesar), none of which I'm at all attached to and who I desperately want to move out. Unfortunately they're never the ones who want to leave =___=
I've had Coach and Bubbles in my town before and enjoyed them while they were there, but I did eventually let them move out.
I feel like I have and have had mostly unpopular villagers. I don't go out of my way to adopt the popular ones. I love the excitement of getting random villagers and I can appreciate just about any villager, regardless of popularity.
Among my current villagers, I moved in Grizzly with his amiibo card, and invited Annalisa and Sterling from the campsite. I don't think any of them are particularly popular but I love them.
I do have massively popular villagers like the octopuses and Flurry, but I also have more underrated villagers such as Angus, Peggy, Drift, Sheldon, Gayle, and Ursala. I really like all of them, too! Unfortunately, however, some of them have to go because every incarnation of my town has the Splatoon villagers, it's like a tradition.

If you're gonna have a peppy hippo,she should be named Bubbles(or maybe Hiphopopotamus....but not Rhymenocerous).Prince was the inspiration for my frog town.He wouldn't leave my old cycling town and I couldn't just void him so I built a town around him.
I have a few in both of my towns: Dizzy and Freckles are lowest tiered but are my favourite villagers. No one likes poor Stinky but he?s been in two of my towns now and earned his position as a permenant villager... but I have a soft spot for him because he reminds me of a persistent but loveable stray. Bangle is super cute so I don?t know why she?s on the bottom (her tongue is always sticking out and her round cheeks are so squishy and cute!!). All the eagles are pretty awesome looking and they?re quite low tiered. I have Avery in my second town and I love his design.

Where shall I begin... XD first of all Peaches, than Marie, and I believe the last ones name is Mira. I really dislike villagers with bangs, and both Peaches and Marie have them (and Peaches has weird eyes). Mira just looks like an alien rabbit, and my goal for my town is to have villagers that have colors similar to their actual animal (like Dizzy the elephant or Bill the duck). Somehow, these three villagers decided to park their houses surrounding mine.
puck for sure is my favourite unpopular villager! he’s so genuinely funny! i also have scoot and hamlet in my main town and i feel like they’re kinda underrated. my 2nd town is used for cycling out villagers right now but it’s interesting to see all the different random villagers that move in

I have Pietro, who is sort of unpopular in the sense that he's so polarizing. I have two gators, Gayle and Del, and I don't think any of the gators are very popular, except for maybe Drago. Bones seems to be popular on Bell Tree, but as far as tiers goes, he probably isn't. I also have Dizzy.
I think that Cranston and Dotty are adorable; Cranston is in my partner's town and visiting his house is an amusing time for me. (,; Lil Mr. Stork/the ""real"" mayor of the town.
As for me, I have Tutu in my town. We share a birthday and I really like peppy villagers, plus, she's a polar bear. A definite win in my book. I've seen some comments where people really dislike her lol and she's given away for free/adoption pretty often imo.
