I just don't see the appeal of the overly pastel, kind of tacky looking furniture themes. Like, the princess set? It'd be cute in a different color.... And for me the set that's like, sea stuff or whatever is really an eye sore to me.

Oh, my sister LOVES the mermaid/pastel themes. They're okay. I maybe will use them in a home, but I'm not sure.

Honestly if you could refurbish the Princess series in a darker color I'd be all over it. I really want some different furniture to go with my black rococo stuff :c

I love TT'ing. It makes playing the game much more fun for me, and it allows me to accomplish my goals much sooner.
I hate paths. They make towns pretty, but now everybody has paths. I went to a random dream town that was butt ugly and had this giant garish purple path, but the town hardly had any foliage at all and there weren't any PWP's. Also, laying down paths is not worth the effort I'd have to put into it to have a nicer looking town.

Honestly I don't understand the fake water paths, I just don't like it, it looks super fake, I like real water thank you very much.

I think they can be good, but only one or two in a room. Once you start adding more it starts being too much.

I don't let my villagers keep bugs or fish as pets because it looks tacky and animal captivity is a huge no no in my opinion in game or IRL i don't like seeing it

I actually like unoriginal villagers. To me it feels like they had some sort of history before arriving in my town.

my unpopular opinion? I think in the way I play. I don't "collect" villagers that are popular, or try to set up a town where every space has a specific purpose. I design my home/town based on what I like, not what other people like. ^_^

Same!! I also let my villagers literally do anything they want lol they have planted flowers all over the place their houses look absolutely absurd. Fauna has a giant t-rex butt that takes up half of her house lol it's less pressure that way. I do have a second town that I'm using as a creative outlet and really try harding on it, but in my town i've had since i started, i just let them go wild lol
