Unlocking the Dream Suite?

I'm kind of new here so sorry if I posted in the wrong place, but I want to unlock the Dream Suite and apparently, you have to visit over wifi to unlock it, so would anyone be willing to invite me or I could invite them? Thank you!

Go into town hall at night, after 7 days of having your town
Isabelle will be sleeping, talk to her and that unlocks it
