Cheri plotted her house and took off some of my golden peaches that I JUST PLANTED AND GOT TO GROW >_>
I don't plot reset cause it's too time consuming.
So I'm just staring at it.. and wondering why when there's so much space in my town....

I don't think anyone likes to plot reset, but what happened to you is a perfect example of why we do it anyway. Incoming villagers always seem to know where we don't want them to be, and plot there anyway just to hear us scream. Evil, EVIL critters!

It's so tedious to me that I just learned to let it go :c
I have a running toddler who eats anything she picks up. Plot resetting just ain't for me lol

I can give u perfect peachies for free if u want :3 just tell me an amount

Aw don't worry I have more planted in my town! Thank you so much though ^_^

I had just decorated a part with only golden peach trees and red roses, but Cheri wanted to be fabulous and plot herself right there lol

lol I made cherry move in a long time ago and wanted to keep her, but she literally plopped her dog butt right in front of my bridge so I had to let her go

Villagers always seem to know the worst spots to move into lmao

In my other town, you'll notice some villagers in the most dumbest spots alive. I just fixed my town around them lol

I know it's ridiculous lol I wish they would change that

i'd recommend that you'd plot reset because you don't want your favourite villager right in front of your house.
i'm not too into plot resetting either but it really saves lives

Agh one time I had my favorite villager Deena move in, but she plotted literally the closest to my house that she could be. I was SCREAMING. Luckily, I found a way to landscape it without making it look bad...

I probably screwed up already though cause I saved ;-;
I may cycle them out slowly. So eventually she'll move out lol

Yeah thats pretty much what I've been doing lol

I always plot reset. I have everything set for where homes go.
They always end up placing their homes in said places but.. always 1 row or so off.
So their house just sits on top of trees or the path.
No one wants that.

Omg in my first new leaf town Cheri did almost the exact same thing to me when she moved in and I hated her so much for it lol. Now that I know about plot resetting I almost always use it (until it's been like 30 min and still no hope)

I didn't plot reset either but then I loaded up one day and saw that Becky had plotted her house, like, 2 tiles away behind my house. Maybe she wanted to walk in through the back door and steal something. I have since always plot reset, even though I don't need it anymore, since I've got all my dreamies.

If you don't want to plot reset, you could place small pwps like lamps in areas you don't want houses. It will limit the space villagers can place their houses. A villager put their house right in front of my house once. Right after I got them to move, I placed an archway a few spaces from my door so there wouldn't be room for another house there.

It's terribly time consuming, but it's a must for me. I only have certain spots in my town where somebody can move into without ruining my landscaping. If it's taking too long to plot them I'll just keep it on that date and continue the next day. It's much better for me that way since the time I manage to spend on my ds playing ACNL is more enjoyable. I'm not constantly looking at the terrible place the villager moved into and hoping every time I turn the game on that they will have pinged to move

Having said that, Whitney just wouldn't plot where I wanted, so she ended up choosing her own spot....wasn't too bad so I let her get away with it on that occasion ;) it is now a new permanent villager plot for anybody who moves in. Skye is in that place right now :)

I too gave up on plot resetting. I might pick it back up when I reset my second town, only because I have a specific idea of what I want the town to look like.

If it makes you feel better...I had one tree just one that had perfect cherries on it and Savannah plotted right on it. I had no other perfect fruit...waited forever for one to grow it never did, so I had to get one from someone on here. I feel your pain! :(

This is a joke

but you say red roses and golden peach right?

So I guess cherry wanted to be a fabulous girl with her sparkle
and needed to be where both were together
