TTing and the campsite question

Nope.The campsite is totally random.There's always the possibility that he might camp in your town again,though.

no he won't, it's possible someone would be in the campsite if you did but chances are it would not be Marshal!

No because campers are reset each time you go past the 6 am marks.

And that if you were to TT back in one leap, it only counts as a day regardless of how many days you TT back to.

...unless a huge coincidence occurs and Marshal is your camper again.

No, it's random whether you get a camper and who that camper is. If you time travel back any amount of time, it just counts as one day forward, so unless you'd be getting Marshal randomly tomorrow, it won't work.
