Trees?!

Yesterday I planted tons of trees and bushes. I woke up this morning to find all of the trees had died? They're all very spaced out in general and i even cut down grown trees to plant them in the same space sometimes. How comes they all just died? (about ten) is there a limit on how many growing plants there can be at once or something?

Can you be a little more specific, perhaps even post a picture? There are some dead spots in the town, but for all of your trees to just die like that doesn't seem right.

Cedars will not grow on the South side of town. Were they Cedars?

I planted cedar sapplings, where there were pear trees before. They were around the side and back of retail organised so they were at least 1-2 spaces away from eachother and the building. I can't get a picture unfortunately :/
I can't work out why they would have all died it doesn't make much sense at all ??

Are they on the south side of town? Cedars won't grow below a certain point of your town.

Woah, I've never heard of that before! It's about in the middle of the town. that must be it then.... Crazy that I've never even noticed that before now. Thanks for the replies & sorry for the dumb question hehe...
