I'm so sorry if I missed this being answered, I did do a search. Is there a maximum amount of the special tree stumps that you can have? Mine are all over the place so I'm finally trying to get them where I want them - planting trees besides paths, around my hybrids and near houses. I used to get a special one at least a couple times a week but haven't had any in ages. Thanks.

I’ve never heard of there being a limit on special stumps. I would chalk it up to bad luck until it can be confirmed.
If you use a silver axe to chop down a tree it will have a special pattern every time. That would be a good way to check if there’s a limit or not.
