Recently, the SD card holding my digital copy of New Leaf has been acting strange. In the middle of playing my game, it randomly decides to give me the "SD card not found" message, resulting in me losing any progress I may have made if I haven't saved.
This has never happened to me before, and it's happened twice to me today. Once this morning before I even began the game (it said the SD card could not be read as soon as I turned on the DS) and once about a half hour ago after I got back from my friend's town.
I recently did a system transfer from my normal 3DS to my new 3DS XL, and before then, the SD card didn't give me any problems. It's the standard 2 Gig SD card that came with my regular 3DS.
My question is: Is there a way I can transfer this data over to another SD Card, preferably the 4 Gig one that came with my XL? Will my SD card just stop working soon, resulting in me losing all of my Animal Crossing data (oh god please don't say yes to this)?
I have another SD card with Pokemon X on it, and it has yet to give me this problem, so I feel as though it's the SD card that isn't working correctly.
Any help would be appreciated. I put a lot of time and effort into this game and I'd hate to lose it because of an SD card malfunction.
