I didn't know you could get his photo I looked it up online and saw this and almost believed it for a second lol

first, you have to time travel to April 14, 2001. Then, you have to be in a town named "Totakeke". (This means you have to wifi travel to someone else's town and they have to have time traveled.) Every house in both towns has to have at least 4 pieces of fortune cookie furniture, and those four pieces must include the Triforce. (This includes villager houses.) It also has to be raining.

If you do all of this, K.K. Slider will be in front of the train station instead of at Club lol. He'll be surprised you found him, and you get unique dialog. Then, he challenges you to a sort of guitar hero minigame. You have to beat him at K.K. Dragon, and it's pretty hard because you can only make 3 mistakes and it's a 7-minute song. Do all this and you'll get K.K.'s picture.

There is a way to get his pic in one night.
You have to repeatedly watch performances with a full inventory and he will out it in your mailbox after you watched a total of 20 shows with your character. I did it and got it in like half an hour. :3
