[*=center] As of late I've been making my town cycle up villagers in order to get my dreamies to move in at some point of time along with trying to fish for some PWPs from certain types. A lot come and go and I seem to be rather lucky at times to get quite popular fellas.
This is also my first cycling thread so bear with me if I might not know some things, thnx.

- 1-3 Tier Villagers can be reserved for the minimum amount of TBT below. Buyouts make the villager yours upon offering.
~ Prices ~
(Minimum -> Buyout)
1st Tier: 150 -> 200 TBT
2nd Tier: 70 --> 120 TBT
3rd Tier: 20 --> 50 TBT.
- If nobody has done offers until they're in boxes, they'll be auctioned or sold up in a separate thread when that time comes.
- 4 Tier Villagers can be reserved for free when I confirm them moving in. If no requests are put up for them, I'll put them out for giveaways or other service of transfer incase I find any opportunities to grab.
- 5 Tier Villagers can be reserved same as 4-tiers (free), except they will be autovoided to ensure faster cycling in case that won't happen by the time of their departure.
- If you can't make an offer, you can always lurk for possible free space incase the villager's not going in to the offerer after all.
- In case of a LOT of lurkers on same villager, I will prioritize those having TBT to give in return, in minimum of 10-50 TBT.
- Telling your time zones and visiting times to BTF is mandatory here so I can ensure trading the villagers properly in time.
I'm from Finland, so my times are in Eastern European Time (EEST).
I mostly visit BTF around 7-11 PM.
- When I get the villager to move, the reserving lurker will be PM'd to talk about the pick-up times. Remember to answer in time!
- I keep your villager in boxes up to 24-48 hours upon being ready to move, depending on the TBT given. Buyouts have the immediate bonus of holding in up for 48 hours.
- If you aren't around upon your reserved villager being in boxes, I return all of your TBT back and open the villager for grabs to other lurkers, or do other services regarding that villager depending on his/her tier.

If you got your villager already you were lurking for, please inform me so I can give it to someone else.
