Town Rating isn't available for me?

Hello!

This morning my campsite finished construction, and I'm working towards the concert. I've seen that we need at least 3 stars, but when I sit at Isabelle's chair she doesn't give me the option to ask about my town?

Is there something else I need to do beforehand? Or do I just need to wait more days?
