Hey everyone! I recently came back from a long break from my town, I was really of of the swing of things so I decided for a fresh start. I've reset look for a perfect map for about 30 min and this is what I've liked the most out of all the choices ive seen so far...

I really love everything about the layout its just those villagers that are bothering me. Thankfully I hate all of them so I dont mind if they move out.
So your opinions? Should I keep searching or stick with it and let those villagers move their houses?

If you don't like the villagers, but you like the map.. Just go with it.. The map should be the main thing.. You'll have particular villagers you'll want and the ones you don't like you'll get to move out

If you like it then you should keep it! :3
The only thing I don't really like is that narrow strip in the north of town near the river. There's no room to put anything there :/
But if that doesn't other you then go for it!

They could put the campsite there.

They could put the campsite there.

It confuses me why people do that.

It makes no sense. I want the campsite right near my house so I can see who's there.. If it's right out of the way, I'm gonna forget it's there

wow thanks for the fast reply you guys! Also sorry about the zoomed in image, new at this lol.
Like i've said the map is amazing, Retail is in a nice place and everything.
Also Dewy in that narrow strip in the northeast I might just make a huge flower patch there :o In game its a decent place to start getting hybrids.
I'll go for it, just have to make sure to use the villager house placement glitch when people start moving in! Thanks for the opinions :3

One more thing, do you think where my character is standing a good place to build a house? Its right near the beach and the dock, plus its a lot of free space to plant things around it.

that map looks great! there's only two ponds two, which will give you a little more land to work with so you can have more space for your public works projects. but honestly, you should just choose which map you like the most.
here are the cons.
i can't think of anything other than the piece of land on the right is a little narrow, but it's better than most maps

I always put my campsite there because I like to make it forest-y and just secluded. It also gives me a reason to go up there :P

If you like the town map, keep it.
If you hate the villagers, kick them out and never see them again.
Lol

Oh, I never thought of putting a flower garden in there! That would be cute, good idea <3
And I like that place for a house. I think it's perfect :)

They could put the campsite there.
I never understand why people put campsites there though... Why would anyone want to camp right next to train tracks? :O

I would keep that map forsure! After you play it for a while the villagers will move :) Also I would put your house either where you are standing or in the top left corner. This spot would be close to the beach, retail, the gate and your town plaza.

I really love that map -- your town plaza is in the center, as if it's the heart of the town. The villagers are on one part of the town, so you have plenty of space for PWPs. There's a very nice waterfall by the beach, too. It's a shame you dislike your villagers, but you could just wait until they move out, or you might warm up to one of them. I'd use the map.

One of my dreamies Stitches decided to move in right next door, usually i'd hate it but me and Stitches go way back. Two of us are gonna take over the town. Now if only Pinky would move in...

I put mine in both my towns in a secluded little nook area.. it just looks nicer for me

I have a tiny strip at the top too.. I use it as an orchard with two of each fruit trees planted :)

be careful with your hybrids at the top because in the middle it seems like there is still room for a move-in
if you don't plot reset they can be destroyed unless you put a pwp sign or something with them

That's the coolest map ever omg there's literally a secret beach that u need the diving suit to get to i am so in love and honestly I like the villagers in a bunch and next to town hall wowzers
