I was in my living room and the rain just starting pouring like crazy. It started leaking through the windows and it was so heavy! Tornado warnings are gone in Brooklyn now, but that was so crazy. So many trees have fallen. This is crazy. Nothing ever happens in New York.

Being in Texas, I get my fair share of tornadoes as well. They're kinda scary, especially when you're in one. *The whole duck and cover thing works.*

We actually had a tornado one town over once, and in my town we just got this blast of wind that actually had a fancy name.

I'm more upstate, and all that happened today was rain.

i was just in NY a couple weeks ago, i hope there was no extreme damage! but that's so weird because tornados never form around big cities like New York because of the buildings.
