today was Pi Day (3.14). did you do anything in honor of the day?

It's been an excuse in the past for me to order a pie, but I totally forgot about it this time. (headed to the bakery now!)

yeah, I know it's a pretty nerdy thing, but does anybody do anything to acknowledge the day?

I saw that Pizza Hut was giving away 3.14 years' worth of free pizza to anyone who could solve math problems posted on their blog. Of the 3 they posted, one remains unsolved (last i checked....)

i was sick and i got to school at like 12:19 so i only had 2 minutes to recite as many digits as i could b4 heading to my next class, and i think i only got around 150 this year compared to last year when i got 700. im pretty upset but theres always next year tho

My mom bought a pie from this place she really likes. I don't think she did it on purpose for pi day, though, but it was cute because when she came home she was all excited that she got it on sale and she kept talking about how cheap it was and I don't think she had any idea what today even was haha.

absolutely it does! I looked at the Pizza Hut puzzle, I have no idea how to solve it. All that free pizza will be lost in time forever, like my knowledge of maths...

It probably was! I think I remember her saying it was like $3 but it didn't even occur to me to ask. That makes sense, though!
