Time Traveling Question

Hi! I was wondering, let's say I time travel to unlock stores and public works projects. How does this affect the timeline that you see when you sit at the town tree ledge? Like a really exaggerated example of what I mean is, I start my game on March 20, 2014. But then I time travel backwards for whatever reason to like January, and then I start playing from there, and like unlock a lot of stuff by February 2014.
Would it look like this?:
Jan: Store opened up
Feb: Built Public Works Project
March: Blahblah moved in and became mayor

Yes. The day you created your town will be the day that is put out. I time traveled to Febl 20 when Deirdre moved in, and it showed that she did. I TTed back to original date(Feb 10) when the TIY store opened.
