thoughts on time travel?

Back when AC:NL came out, I was a pro TT'er and was vehemently against the notion that TT'ing was considered cheating. A year and a half later, after not playing the game for a while, I realized that was ridiculous on my part. I mean really, why should I care so much about how somebody else feels about how I play my game? So yeah, looking at some of my old posts I facepalm a bit because I don't know what I was thinking back then.

I play in real time now, and it is nice to play the game according to real life, however I can definitely say I wouldn't have lasted as long with my current town if I didn't TT (yas im impatient)

Time traveling always helped me out in many situations, it helps me to get caught up so that I won't miss out on any particular events, it helps me to go back and play the days I haven't played due to life and other things, and it helps me play the game longer than I needed too.

The game gets boring after a half an hour and I want to do something else at that time.

eh, I don't do it myself but people who tell others how to play their games really need to come off their high horse.

When I first got the game, I played day-by-day. It was summer vacation so I could do it very easily. But as soon as school started, I had to TT. I wasnt able to play everyday, I wasnt able to go to any shops and my villagers started to miss me so I started. But I will be starting the One Year Challenge today, and I am not going to TT at all. Hopefully school is nice and lets me play...


To the people who TT, Im not against them. Sometimes people just want something quickly. Or maybe they miss the shop opening times. Honestly, if its been put in the game, I think we should use it in cases like the above.

I think people were a lot harder on time travelers when the game first came out.There was also a lot of people that would not admit to to their evil time traveling cheating ways.lol.

I had someone a while back send me an extremely hateful pm about my time traveling.I think it's great that people play the game without tt, but I personally don't feel that it's cheating and will never be convinced otherwise.My sister is one of those people that attack time travelers.I think it's extremely childish to attack others for how they play their game.It's not hurting anyone.It's nice to see that it's more excepted now.However,I think it will be highly frowned upon once again when the wii u version comes out. ( If , and when it does.)
