Thoughts on Henry?

I’m currently looking for a new villager and I came across Henry. I don’t currently have a smug so I’m wondering what your opinions are. I will say that he doesn’t look like a smug. But what’s his house like?
My current villagers are

Hopper
Bianca

Also something worth noting - if you don't have a smug, I think the campsite RNG is something like 60% weighted toward the personality you are missing (if you have all the other personalities), so you could wait to see what smugs show up at the campsite if you aren't sold on him.

I absolutely love him. One of my favorite Smugs ever. Since he doesn't really look like a Smug it makes everything he says seem hilarious or ironic.

I think he's the best frog villager, closely followed by Lily. He's my smug villager and I would definitely recommend getting him, he makes for a great addition if you're looking for a natural looking smug villager.

& that adorable droopy look reminds me a lot of Beau.

I have a frog town in New Leaf and Henry is my favorite resident.I'm hoping to move him in to one of my NH islands at some point.I walked in on him one day and he was um........occupied.

That happened to me with Gabi. She got on the throne after I walked in. Couldn’t unsee that.

The times I’ve seen him in the past, I sadly never gave him any thought. I’d sometimes mistake the back of his head for Prince’s on mystery islands, who I used to not like but after attending Halloween on a friend’s island, I actually kind of grew fond of even Prince (in spite of leaving me some scars x.x). Now, I realize Henry is actually pretty cute and has a nice smile and face; his colors are are nice too .

xnsnnsjs henry’s alright! i’m not a huge fan of the smugs which is probably why i’m not super drawn to him but appearance-wise, he’s pretty cute and his house interior + exterior are nice! he also has the musical hobby so if you get him, you’ll catch him singing pretty often aha

He's one of the popular frog villagers besides Lily. He has quite a bit of a personality in New Leaf. You can't go wrong with picking him!

I think Henry is pretty cute! His face exudes smug and I love his house He's not my favorite frog or my favorite smug, but he's definitely a good pick!

Henry is an absolute cutie and everything i want in a villager: realistically unrealistic. he looks like a real frog but made not unappealing/more stylized than irl frogs. the only unfortunate thing about him is his house exterior. i havent found him in my game yet, but man. his house matches him but it does not match my love for purple, in fact it clashes with it i think. if i find him i will pick him up under the arms and carry him to the safety of my island, but when, like a butterfly, he pupates and is contemplating leaving the cocoon, i will tell him he has to spread his wings and fly.

I got him because I needed a jock and I knew his house's interior décor looked great, and he was being offered for free here on the new neighbours network. I've had him for a 4 months now, and I don't expect him to leave anytime soon.

I think he's super cute because he's a frog that sort of realistically looks like a frog. Him and Lily are adorable.

I am sure you must have meant smug as Henry is not a jock.

Speaking of Henry, he is my absolute favorite frog To this day he is still living in Koholint, my NL town. I am crazy about frogs both in-game and IRL and when I first saw him back in the early years of NL it was instant LOVE. He dances, he sings, he flirts (in NL smugs were actually quite flirtatious with the female players but they removed all that flirty-ness in NH completely, and by they I am referring to Nintendo. I guess I understand why they did it but at the same time it disappoints me because I found that little aspect of the smug personality to be so charming and cute) I genuinely began to ship my player and Henry in NL as silly as it sounds.

What's not to love about Henry? Cute name, green/yellow skin, spots and lovely blue eyes and smile... Him, Tad, Puddles, Jeremiah, Lily and Drift are among my most favorite frogs!

had him back in new leaf. got tired of him quick because of how bland his design was overall. my opinion might change if i saw him in new horizons tho since a lot of villagers got cuter/prettier with the graphic upgrade from the game.
