Things in hacked towns that could actually become legit in the next game?

Hopefully this thread doesn't get deleted! I don't condone hacking at all. But you have to admit that some things that you see in hacked towns (bamboo in the river, for example) are really cool, and it would be nice if Nintendo could make some of them into legitimate options in the next AC game.

So, what are some things you've seen in hacked towns that you wish would be legitimately built into the next AC game?

I would love to plant bamboo in my river or ponds, be able to plant trees right on the edge of cliffs, and move the bulletin board over to the plaza instead of it always being right next to the train station. I'd also like to be able to build certain PWPs in the plaza, like benches and street lamps. There's really no logical reason why those can't be built anywhere in the plaza.

I follow some ACNL blogs on tumblr, and pictures come up all the time of hacked towns because it's just not considered taboo there. You could always just go to google images and search "ACNL hacked town" and you'll see plenty of images. I would never hack, but some hacked towns are interesting to look at.

I think I saw one in a dream town video, it was sooooooooo cool. Rocks and building were smashed up forming some of kind ancient looking relm arch under water, walking in water without the need of swimming, pretty much the whole town was idealy made this way. I think the stuff in water would look great, so it doesn't feel so boring or empty, most real life cases there's rocks, pebbles, and sunk ships in the water ocean and the river be different colours xD

I would absolutely love if we could plant trees right next to each other and put things in the river, even walk in the river. That would be amazing.

Oooh, I watched a youtube video about it. That seems so risky! I'd love to be able to put flowers in the river and remove Isabelle's dumb space requirements for PWPs.

I've managed to hack my town and try different things, personally trees next to each other look terrible, but I think the town plaza should allow plants or flowers around the tree , as well as being able to build things on the beach, pick where villagers houses go and one of my favorite things, plant cedars in the south part of town!

I think it would be cool if the pwp limits are less restricted. Now it's like this:

For a 2x2 pwp like the lighthouse, with P being the project and X the neccessary space around it. I've seen hacked towns where it's placed so that we spaces are like this:
OXXO
XPPX
XPPX
OXXO
Which makes a lot of things much more accessible to build and it would still work, assuming the O spots can be walked on but aren't a full space.

The bulletin board by the plaza instead of 'always by the station' isn't correct by the way, in previous games (ACWW and ACCF) it has always been by the town hall which was basically the plaza back then. I think it's highly likely that it'll be on the plaza on AC(NX?), since that's much more logical.

Oooh, I second everyone who has mentioned being able to build PWPs on the beach. Hammocks, picnic blankets, and several other things would look amazing on the beach!

Yeah I've seen clovers on water before, and it looks so pretty! Although, maybe in the next game they will have lily pads you can grow in the river, which would be more appropriate.

The only hacks I've seen that were actually interesting to me are being able to destroy rocks, removing pwp and tree placement space restrictions, and it'd be nice to be able to grow stuff on the beach. Most of the hacks I've seen are stupid, like throwing random pwps in the ocean or putting trees in the river. Why?

I'd also love to be able to grow non-native perfect fruit. Don't know if that's possible with hacking, but it would be neat.

Grass and plants growing in the plaza would be cool, too.

Pretty much being able to put more than 30 pwp, pwp directly next to trees and bushes, buildings right next to ledges, stuff like that.

Definitely seconding PWPs on the beach (not a hack, but I'm just gonna throw this out there: beach-only PWPs! Breaker blocks! Big old anchors! Groynes! Hydro-electric plants! Piers!)

I'd like to be able to move stuff like the cafe and police station after building it.

Dunno if it's a hack, but it'd be sweet to be able to grow non-native perfect fruit, too.
