Things in hacked towns that could actually become legit in the next game?

The ability to plant trees on the edge of the river please gOD. Also I really love bamboo and weeds in the river, trees too. So beautiful when it's done well. I 100% agree with Knopekin as well.

Oooh, I watched a youtube video about it. That seems so risky! I'd love to be able to put flowers in the river and remove Isabelle's dumb space requirements for PWPs.

Have it so that when I was trying to put a Totoro standee right next to the bustop Isabelle stops complaining!! It IS a space to the left & 2 in front & back!!!
I counted the spaces out with tiles & even when I left spaces between she still complained. Arrrgh! I'm going to have to knock down another Zen streetlamp just to have him (Totoro) standing anywhere near the bustop.

Also at first I liked the PWP limit because I'm tired of overly built up towns & there needs to be a feeling of coming to an end with your town, so you are not endless slaving away.
However as my signature says, I think there shouldn't be any limit to the small PWP like lamps & benches as they don't really crowd the town.

I also feel annoyed by hacked towns getting a lot of attention as I feel like they cheated (well they did) and I don't know if they hacked all the bells needed to make everything, but it sometimes makes all your hard work seem useless.
I also think they are cool in some ways.
