sometimes, yeah! i honestly always get so excited whenever isabelle announces that i have a campsite visitor and make a straight beeline for the campsite to see who it is . i’ve only free-willingly invited one camper thus far (excluding my amiibo ones) but i’ve had quite a few campers that i’ve been interested in that i likely wouldn’t of been had i instead encountered them through island hopping; walt, benedict and frank to name a few. i feel like my excitement whenever i have a campsite visitor sort of allures me to be more open to whoever’s visiting but i’ve definitely left the tent feeling disappointed a few times, too. ;^_^;
It's always exciting to get a camper because every camper is a potential new resident on my island.Also,it's interesting to visit with villagers I don't see very often even if I don't want to move them in and sometimes I get lucky and get a camper I really want on my island(see above).
Always excited to see who is in the campsite when you see you have a visitor. I think it’s because it’s like a guest to your home, it feels a bit more personal? I really sadly haven’t had anyone in the campsite that I wanted to invite to stay. My only one regret, I did think about inviting Sydney, stupidly logged off and didn’t get back on that dat. Then she was gone
Yep, absolutely! There have been a few villagers that I would have otherwise passed on if I found them on a Mystery Island.
Lopez is one of them. I'm not huge on any of the deer villagers, but I kinda liked his design and I needed a smug plus I had another couple of villagers I wanted to replace, so I invited him to stay. He's definitely my fave of the deer villagers now!
