So if I plant a perfect pear, the tree will give only perfect pears? And does Fertilizers help?

A perfect fruit tree will grow in a town with the same native fruit growing already. So yes if you plant a perfect pear, a perfect pear tree will grow. Never used fertilizer to grow tree's, it takes about 4 or 5 days to grow. Also a side note, be careful how many times you pick a perfect fruit tree. They will grow back quite a few times, but eventually the tree will die and you'll have to chop it down and start over. Just replant one. Currently I'm growing enough right now to the point where I'll never run out. Another note, when the tree dies, you'll get 2 perfect fruit and one rotten one, just throw away the rotten one lol.
