By my calculations, it took:
35 months to go from 13k to 14k
32 months to go from 12k to 13k
130 months to go from 11k to 12k (just under 11 years!)
and before that i was actually regularly active so much more posting

I have no idea how you guys manage to get those crazy huge numbers.

My statement still stands I tried to be extra active this year, at least by my standards, and I only made ~1000 posts during that time.
