Nope. I played with legos sometimes away from home but always got grossed out by the lego people and tiny detailed pieces so I never really had the desire to have my own. I had these other type of blocks that were pretty cool though, and some of them even glowed in the dark!
Edit: they were called Better Blocks, and they were flexible when linked together!
