I had hoped that it was bigger, but it seems about average for an animal crossing game. Which in my opinion, for the switch, is small. Hopefully there’s a way to make the island bigger, but I doubt that.
It looks as big as New Leaf, but to me that's small. I wanted it to be at least 4x bigger... I wanted way more villagers to move in and since we can put furniture outside now, a larger space is definitely a must. I just hope they make it larger, or expandable.
