I mean I guess it doesn't look too much like a flower sized down to 28x28, but it's based off of the green glow wand from new leaf, which looks closer to its collectible namesake in-game (as well as if you zoom in on the collectible itself)

Honestly, those wand collectible suggestions aren’t the same as the glow wands. Some glow wand suggestions I had for a while are the Ghost Glow Wand (looks like the Lavender Tower ghosts) and the Fire Glow Wand. Though I would prefer a Ghostly Kitty Glow Wand over a regular Ghost Glow Wand.

If we could turn any wand from NH into a collectible, trust me, the iron pipe wand would be at the top of my list.
