The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess 3D - Real or Fake?

I want it to be true... but only if it also gets released for the normal 3ds too!

But also, Nintendo needs to finish the upcoming, infinitely delayed Zelda Wii U game before redoing other Zelda games.

It wont make it. Simply because you can still play it with a Wii U and it wouldn't make such a big change (480p - 720p/1080p and 30fps - 60fps).
And if they have any intention of porting TP to 3DS i and a lot more of users would be disappointed. Stop milking Zelda, lmao!

I really do hope not. Twilight Princess is a masterpiece and we don't need to do anything with it.

You can still play Donkey Kong Country Returns and Xenoblade Chronicles with a Wii U, so I don't see what kind of point you're trying to make with this.

Rumors of it have been persistent, but I think it would be too soon for it to come out. Majora's Mask 3D is only two months old at this point. An HD version is also not feasible, as they are making a new Zelda game for the Wii U and wouldn't want TP HD to compete with that title.

Also, the link in the OP gives three separate sources, yet the model and color of the 3DS stays the same. There's also only black behind the pop-up, which when viewed in the software (StreetPass Mii Plaza) would be green from the grass being displayed behind it.

It's fake, kids.

The images were taken off-screen, so it might be possible that the black behind the pop-up is actually dark green. I believe that if I were to take a picture of my New 3DS's upper screen showing the the eShop link prompt from StreetPass Mii Plaza with a camera, the colors would come out the same as the leaks did because of the screen's glossiness.

I'd say that a port of Twilight Princess on New 3DS isn't far-fetched. Normally, the original game would load areas that are larger and more detailed than the regular 3DS models could possibly handle with ease.

Tell that to Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, a port of the 2012 Wii game that just recently released this month.

Twilight Princess is actually released on November 2006 on Wii, and December 2006 for the GameCube.

It seems a little suspicious to me. I don't think it's legit... Especially since no one else from the area has mentioned streetpassing the same 3DS. And it seems to me like Nintendo would be more careful than that.

If they do a remake of the game, I prefer it on the Wii U. I just need more Zelda on the Wii U ughhh
 
For those who were wondering why the leak's fake... Here's this link.

Here, they were saying that there was another image that was posted 3 days ago saying that he wishes that Twilight Princess would be re-released on New 3DS. The user spoofed it by hacking his own StreetPass data.

Partially because if a remake/rerelease of Twilight Princess was to happen, I would want it on Wii U (or the next gen home console).
The rest being that I think they need to calm the f*** down with tLoZ, especially remakes. I'm sick of remakes.


I also doubt the legitimacy of it anyway. Shows up randomly on somebodies streetpass? Yea, sure. I doubt that somehow.

Xenoblade Chronicles is a bit different. It's a game nobody really knew about when it was released and now Shulk in Smash has raised interest, it's a really hard game to get hold of, especially for a decent price.

Donkey Kong...Not so much.


You can pick Twilight Princess up for like ?5 though. It's not exactly hard to come by.

Xenoblade isn't a valid example as it came out when the Wii loss its popularity and most of the people didn't even play the game. It didn't got any ad or campaign for rising its sales, and releasing it on a ''new'' console such as n3ds would rise its popularity and therefore its sales.

Porting Donkey Kong was a really ****ty decission, lmao. They did the exact same thing that happened with GTA V on ps3 and ps4, with a game with enough sales and didn't need a port.
 
I knew this is going to be fake by a long long shot.

I mean we pretty much stop believing in leaks after that whole fake "Rayman DLC" thing.
Besides, the game just honestly feels better on a console than a handheld to be perfectly honest.

You can play xenoblade chronicles on the Wii U but there's a port on the N3DS. So...
