Logging off for the night now. Am I, like, wording this wrong or just unlucky? I've been unable to get rid of all three Katies and other people seem to sometimes get rid of theirs within minutes.

I doubt anyone here would purposefully cause one. If you're getting them yourself then all you can really do is try to stay close to your WiFi source.
