語 (go) = language

Just attach it to any country and then you've got [that country nationality] or [that country's language]

日本 (nihon) = Japan (which 日 can mean sun and 本 can mean origin)
日本語 (nihongo) = Japanese language
日本人 (nihonjin) = Japanese person
