I've had my game since x-mas and i still haven;t had the balloon guy in my city yet

also my emotions still haven't changed from then too!!!!!

He only comes if you are three days within the current date. just so you know.
andd it took FOREVERR for him to finally come to the city in my game.. but he will.. eventually
