I have to ask first, would you be able to breed an eevee. And if yes, would you be able to breed a shiny female eevee with a nickname of my choice? I'll pay a lot for one, I've been looking for a long time since the chance an eevee is shiny and female is very slim to none.

Nope, sorry. What we can do is I breed you what you need in Gen VI then I'll hatch the egg to see if it has the IVs you want then trade it to you to hatch. It won't be shiny though.

It's lower if you breed two different language Pokemon(eg. Japanese and English). It's even lower in XY especially if you have the Shiny Charm. In fact, I already accidentally breed a shiny while breeding for a competitive one.
My game is English, but I can get you a 6IV Japanese one if your game is English too.How much is a perfect ditto for breeding? Also what region are you in?
