It will be LV. 1 if you want it as a Mareep if you want it as an Ampharos, I'll be leveling it up and EV Training it personally sit it should be around LV. 30 or above. You will receive it when I finish fulfilling your request I'll be going out in a while so it should be completed around 12 hours later.
