I am experiencing an terrible issue right now and I would really appreciate the help.
I have got a possible issue with Nintendo of Europe... I placed a preorder down on two copies of the new Splatoon amiibo Pack (XL) from their Nintendo UK Store as seen on this page here. I originally preordered two copies of the game as I wanted two copies because I am a collector, but then I asked my friend what he wanted for his upcoming birthday and he said that he would really like Splatoon and I agreed to give him one of mine for his birthday.
He has spent a lot on me in the past even though friendship is not about money...
Important Note: I placed the preorders BEFORE they imposed a One Per Customer limit
Here is the message relay that happened.
I sent this message to Nintendo Store. This was before I told my friend that I would give him one of them.
Like I said earlier, I did want two for myself at first, but then my friend said that he liked the look of Splatoon and I told him I would get it him for his birthday in June which he appreciated a lot.
But today, I received the following message back from Nintendo.
So you can probably see my issue. It is not confirmed whether it will be cancelled and I have messaged them back to state that one is for my friend's birthday, but now I will explain the general issue.
I don't know whether to cancel this uncertain one and preorder elsewhere or wait to see what they say.
But all in all, it is extremely uncertain that Nintendo is going to let me have two copies regardless...

"This is not really a problem, but I was just curious... I placed my order down for two copies of this bundle (Order: 52299777) and I do want two of them because I am a collector, but I have now noticed that the store has put up "One Per Customer" signs and now I am concerned whether you will be honouring my original order or whether I should go elsewhere and preorder another as I want to have two bundles.
Will that original order be honoured or not?

At this time we do not have any announcements on if the 1 per customer policy will be applied to orders such as yours. If this does occur then we will send you email notification.
