tenth villager move-outs

i know it's possible for the tenth villager to move out, because other people have said it's happened with them. but how long does it usually take? pierce can stay in my town as long as he likes, but it'd be weird to have a permanent eagle villager in a bear cub village.

if it helps, i talk to pierce as much as i do any villager. we're close enough friends for him to ping me about stuff, but he hasn't pinged me about moving.

In all my time of cycling in my main town and then in my cycle town I've never had a most recent move in leave I know it's possible but I'm thinking it's just very difficult and maybe quite random, since I've tried everything which has been suggested and more. I just always had to move somebody else out and then they would ask to move

my 10th villager, Purrl, just moved out about 2 days ago.It took Purrl in my town a week to ask to move out after she moved in. I didn't talk to her too much but I also didn't ignore her. I did her favors and stuff so I was surprised when she asked. I let her stay and she agreed only to ask to move out again 3 days later.

It's possible, just challenging and unlikely. I've never done it, and many claim it to be impossible.

I actually never thought of this scenario where you have 9 permanent villagers and a random 10th move in. I don't have experience with this but wish you luck. On the bright side, Pierce is actually pretty cool looking!

I never recall a random tenth villager moving in but i have played acnl since 2013 and well... I have never had luck moving the villager out. If i had a tenth villager randomly move in then id be pretty angry especially if u were focusing on a cub village however my brother managed to move his villager out and it only took him 3 months of normal persistent behaviour in which u talk everyday to the villager, this actually isn't too bad of a technique when time travelling however 3 months is a pain in the bum in real time so be warned...

in real time, it's already been more than 3 months. i think pierce started his vacation in aoki in late spring.

it looks like it's random. it makes sense. it's hard to pay attention to who's pinging you to move out when you only want 1 villager to do it, but i feel like the chances are the same as with every other villager.
i guess i'll just have to keep waiting until pierce's vacation is done.
