Tell me about your favourite jock

I need to becomes best friends with a jock to get that flourish reaction, but I'm really struggling to find one I can connect with. Rudy and Genji would fit best on my island but even still I'm lukewarm about them. Tell me about your favourite jock, maybe I'm overlooking someone.

Tank! He was my starter that I had to let go because I like his original house a lot more. I like him alot and he always gave me lots of gifts. The rhino wearing the sunglasses are hilarious.

Dom was the first villager I spoke to in my island and he's still making me laugh to this day.

Seeing a round fluffy sheep showing off about his abs whilst he mooches around drinking soda is hilarious!

Not like I have any experience with him (my only jock so far was Kevin), but the one I'd go for would be Mac. I would want a jock that I can take seriously, so he needs to look like a bulky, masculine man's man who actually does work out. Mac has the fitness hobby and therefore fits that criteria. He's also an adorable bulldog which is definitely a plus If for some reason I couldn't have Mac, Antonio would be my second choice, simply because I love anteaters, he has a great design and the fitness hobby as well.

I absolutely LOVE hamlet! I had him as my starter and never knew he was a jock until google came along. Since I had his starter home and not his truly amazing home I had no choice.

Yeah,Dom.He's a jock for people who aren't crazy about jocks.He really likes to Naruto around the island and he even sings a bit,plus he has some hilarious facial expressions.

I'm probably the only person that likes Jocks on this site so I can probably recommend a bunch of them but I'll narrow it down.

• Sheldon. Didn't really like him at first but how can I not love a squirrel who literally talks about lifting weights, has the cutest jock voice...

Spoiler: And with an Interior like this?

I'm sold.

• Sterling. Bias because he was my first jock starter so I can't really sell you on him besides the fact the armor he wears makes him look extremely cool.
• Goose, never had him but definitely vibe with him. He has this college-like interior and it makes me think he's a fratboy. It's nice.
• Dom would be my recommendation if you like cute villagers but still need a jock.
• Axel. Kinda like Dom but not as cute and more kiddish.

Okay let me stop before I actually start doing too much. Don't know if any of these fit your island theme or if you want them but I think it would benefit you more looking up a few jocks on VillagerDB or the Wiki.

My favorite jock is actually my third favorite villager, Sprocket. I love the idea of a robo-ostrich, and the fact that this idea was brought so many years ago makes him original. Some honorable mentions are Antonio and Dom.

Bam. He has the play hobby so it’s hilarious and adorable to just see him throw those stumpy arms back and bolt off at any given moment lol

He also has a pond in front of his house so I set up a little fishing rod stand and chair which he’ll sit in often and watch the fish.

I had Tank too and I adored him! I kept him for so long but I eventually had to let him go because I had an unexpected campsite visit from Kabuki. Also the starter house was so horrible. But I loved Tank when I had him. I accidentally gifted him a bath-towel wrap and he rocked it.

My favorite jock is probably Dom and I'm still hoping that one day I can get him to live on my island. My last island hopping session didn't go so well.

I’ve booted every Jock I’ve had, the sweat talk drives me nuts lol. I’d perhaps be willing to try Dom in future based on people saying he’s a bit less overwhelming!

The most unoffensive jock in existence is TAD!

- He is adorable, a simple lil normal looking frog design. Very cute.
- He rarely ever works out! I actually, personally, have never seen him work out.
- His hobby is Play so he’s just always airplane-ing around town.
- He is canonically the 3rd youngest of quintuplets and is meant to be one of the “younger” villagers, that plus his small stature and play hobby is basically like having a super adorable 12 year old frog running around town all day. He is literally the only truly adorable jock~

Bonus: His house is real basic, nothing horrid about it at all unlike some jocks.

I also don't like jocks that much because all they talk about all day is sports and it get's pretty stale after a while but Hamlet is really sweet so I can excuse this. So if you like hamsters you might end up liking Hamlet. His phrase (hammie) is also really cute so that's a plus

Kevin the pig and Samson the mouse are standout jocks for me! The were both one of my first villagers in NL and WW, respectively, so I have a fondness for them.

I really like Snake, he’s kind of my arch nemesis though (in my head) he’s just a funny pink ninja bunny who is always in my way.

I also really like Dom, he reminds me of myself because he wears tie dye and makes the dumbest faces.

Dom was my starter so boy do I ever love him, but Stinky the jock has always been one of my favourite villagers across AC games. It can be tiresome to hear all the bicep talk all the time, but I love his mask (the underwear on his head), his wrestling-themed house, and his over-the-top personality paired with the big grin that’s always on his face. Him and Tabby (the scariest looking peppy you’ll ever meet) are neighbours on my island and he’s a forever resident.

Bam. Like others have said, his play hobby makes it so fun to watch him run around like an airplane. Plus he's super sweet, and if you're looking for a jock that isn't ALWAYS talking about working out and getting "swole" he's your guy.

Sterling has been a bro to me since NL. I love his design. His house is subpar and the double jock can be a bit much but he’s still my absolute favorite villager.

I’m also going to reset for Bam because I’d like a lot of deer in my new island.

I only had one other jock before in NL and because of this one villager (Hamlet) and their muscle talk and the difficulty I had to get him to move, I was not planning on having any jocks even though there were a couple who have designs that I like. One of my starters was Rudy and I initially assumed I wanted to get him to move the minute I found out he was a jock and I was iffy about his appearance. The minute I talked to him, he won me over in spite of that same muscle talk I hated back in NL. I really think his voice and expressions are so cute along with his energy. So now, he is a permanent resident (though I kicked the starting rudy since I hated the starter house and messed it up by giving him random furniture) and I’m okay with jocks in spite of their muscle talk lol.

I didn’t have good memories of Hamlet but I am glad to see that there are people that like him .

Nobody has mentioned my boy Bill yet. He's one of the cutest jock villagers, has the play hobby so he doesn't wear the awful sporty shades, and his house is a nice cherry blossom theme. (not my photo)

I'm always happy to see the Stinky appreciation because he's severely underrated, but I really hate that this misinformation gets perpetuated ad nauseam. He wears a luchador mask (like Lucha the smug bird), not underwear. You can even see the laces on the back of his head. I get why people say this, but still.
