TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest

I've been re-watching some of my favourite ghibli movies over the last months, so I wanted to paint a studio ghibli themed egg! I couldn't decide on one single movie so I tried to squeeze as many little snippets into this egg as I could. Honorable mention to dust sprites, they were just tooooo tiny. Don't ask me the scale of anything

I'm entering my egg in the Egg Decorating category. While exploring my backyard today, I discovered this little guy. It's a Silcoon! One day it will be a beautiful Beautifly I used paper cutout, tape, sketching pencils, colored pencils and marker.

Believe it or not, its eyes were the hardest to do in terms of shape, shading and color. I took my time to make them look just right.

Materials used: pencil, chalk markers that just happen to be glow in the dark, sharpie

Sorry I am to type the following when posting: "I am fully responsible and did this on my own free will. No bunnies have asked me to make this for them this is a promise from me (Grishiu)"

Alright, going to try again for my Egg Decorating Entry:

Waddle Dee had enough stress having people try to eat his napping island so he decided to go off planet and nap (how did he get the tree there with him?) He better hope this moon isn't made of cheese...

Materials used: tissue paper and chalk markers for the egg, paper for Waddle, and a floating planet charm in the background!
