★ All trades will take place in your town.. so don't worry about being scammed etc ~
★ Make sure you have an empty space/area for the drop off
★ Preferred drop off spots would be in front of the train station unless you state otherwise you have another empty section for me
★ Please close your gate after I entered your town & send in the tbt payment upon me arriving to your town
★ Do not have any guests or other trades happening during the process, otherwise I will shutoff my wifi & the trade is off
★ I recommend saving periodically due to connection problems time to time. I have strong/full bar WiFi, but it could be our distance that could cause errors during trades
★ I reply right away as possible, so any requests that I have accepted and not hear from you within 15 min. you will be declined
★PM/VM me about tbt trades if you have any questions/comments
★ Those who do not follow these simple rules will be declined & I will move on to the next person
★ Returning customers are always welcomed back!

My timezone is EST.
▶ My FC: 1177-7899-8112 (Please add beforehand)
▶ I'll be on & available after 11am (My time) and be available SOME nights as well, but I will update if I am ~
▶ I do not accommodate to your schedule! So if we have different timezone, then trades will be placed during weekends OR if I happen to be on at the time etc..
