You see, I played ACWW A LOT a couple of years ago, but I had to drop it due to me not being so constant with it. I played it on my old DS, the very first one that came out (that one that's round? Yeah, mine was the blue one). And I really really loved it, I had a beautiful town, but I've always been busy with my extracurricular classes so, like I said, I had to drop it. I sold my DS because I thought I'd never use it.
Years later, after the 3DS was already at like 6 months of being released, I decided to waste my savings on a DSi XL and I happily thought I could play the games I loved such as FE:A and, ofc, ACNL. ACNL is one of the biggest reasons I got it, since I wanted to remake my beautiful town and get awesome villagers again and overal have fun. I didn't know the amount of things it moved then.
I got my DSi hoping I would be able to play my wonderful games-- guess what? Ofc 3DS games don't work on it! I found out like 2 months after buying it, since I decided to get it because it was cheaper and I actually hate the 3D function. I was so devastated, but I still played ACWW once again. It made me ease the pain, but it just wasn't the same.
Finally, last year in christmas, I asked for two things: a 3DS XL and a Kindle. My parents came home with 3 presents, two big boxes and a small one. They gave me the small one first and when I opened it-- BOOM! A 3DS BOX! I was so happy, I almost teared up---
Until I opened it, and all I found was a piece of paper with a 3DS drawn on it (I wish I had taken pics, damn). I was so-- disappointed, but I laughed anyways, because it was actually funny.
OH, BUT IT'S NOT A SAD STORY AT ALL! Because I actually got both of my presents, my red 3DS XL and my Kindle.
I got it without games, though.
So as for how I got my game? I was walking around with my mom and I saw the game for a cheap price. I was aware that we didn't have money, so I didn't say annything even though my mom asked me multiple times if I wanted it. Turns out, when we came home, she gave me a bag-- and the game was inside!
I've never been happier <3 Aaaaaand I found TBT by chance, searching for tips about the game and guides and whatnot!
