Talking to Villagers

Well I am only two months into ACNL and I do not find the villagers to be boring or too repetitive. I like these villages way better than ACWW. The NL villagers are more interactive than the WW ones were. It is good for now but that may change in the months ahead. As for now, I like and talk to most of my villages on a daily basis.

Animal crossing is mainly fun because of the villagers. To me at least. At first back in July it bothered me. It doesn't now though. I enjoy talking to them.

It sounds like maybe you're right you do need a break. :)

if the person w 4 copies is telling me this

i need a break

I have a theory about the dialogue.

I think there is the same TOTAL amount from among all the personalities. But remember there are TWO new ones they had to write for (IMO Uchis were by far given the best. I could actually tolerate having 10 of them! I love how tomboyish they are!)

I forgot the dialogue is the same everytime, and I have 2 copies.
Am I enjoying this game too much, or..?

give me your brain please

while this may be true, it is absolutely no excuse for the quality of the dialogue. in WW it was much more interactive, and you had the choice to actually communicate with options more (like telling them their outfit was cute etc)
while the dialogue is good, theres not only not enough of it, its not as interactive. nintendo has no excuse for this ****

I love talking to my villagers. I think it's half the fun. They do repeat things but every so often they rattle off something complelely new too. :3

I have 3 copies and I make sure to rotate through them all. I find that if I take breaks from 2 of the three, that when I get back it's like they are telling me everything again in case I forgot. XD

I have nothing to compare to since New Leaf was my first AC game, but I do wish they had villager specific dialog or just more conversation to cycle through. Hopefully they'll fix it next time around. I'd rather have fewer villager options and have them be more in depth. ^_^

I talk to mine all the time and the repeat conversation doesn't bug me. I just click the A button to speed it up.
Lately the villagers have had some new things to say.
Tutu is worried that a visitor might be stuck in my walls. I was going to write her a letter that move and that's where you go.
Gigi in my summer town must have been drinking early. She said that she enjoyed watching 2 villagers snowboard in the morning.
Angus said that Poncho and I should be closer. That's a hard one when he's not outside playing a lot.
Two days later Poncho asked to leave and I stopped it.

Same with me. I don't notice it unless they repeat it right after they just said it. But even then it doesn't bother me. Maybe I just love Animal crossing too much haha.
